Bowtie Pasta with Basil Pesto
Basil Pesto
8 Servings
1.5 oz. Basil leaves - order twice the wieght!
3 Garlic cloves
3/4 C Parmesan
1/3 C Pecorino
2 T Pine nuts
1/2 C Olive oil
1 1/2 t Salt
1/4 t Pepper
1 T Creme Fraiche
Add all items to food proccessor except olive oil.
Start proccessor
Add oil slowly
Continue to blend until creamy
Pasta
1/2 lbs. bowtie noodles
2 oz. cherry tomato - cut in half
2 oz. feta crumbles
2 oz. sundried tomato - julienne
2 oz. kalamata olives - cut in half
2 oz. artichoke bottoms - chopped
pesto recipe - see above
Cook pasta per package, rinse to slow cooking.
mix with all ingredients
