Mama Paloma

Our take on the Paloma cocktail. 

Mama Paloma 1 egg white - frothed 3 oz blanco tequila 1 oz Cointreau 1/2 ruby red grapefruit - juiced 1/2 oz simple honey syrup 6 crushed mint leaves After shaking egg white, add the rest and shake with ice, strain over large cube. Garnish with 6 drops of rhubarb bitters, lime wheel and a mint leaf. Makes two cocktails.
