At this time of year we all struggle with trying to eat healthy and getting rid of bad habits from the previous year. Also, concerns throwing an event to make sure their guests healthy as well. How can someone eat healthy and be budget conscious at the same time? One simple way is portion control, over eating is one of the main reason we feel horrible after a meal.
This brings me to another thought, buffet style catered events are not all you can eat. Portions are carefully calculated to keep cost down and if one person over indulges, someone towards the back of the line might not get a certain item they were looking forward to.
Anyway, eating healthyis a combination of organic foods that are portioned properly and exercise.
