This year we made ham from scratch.  Brined, smoked and baked all in house.  I didn't realize how much fat was on the outside of a ham.  Like an inch thick, ya, that makes the kitchen smell nice 😝. 

No glaze for us, we are going for crispy skin treats.  

Anyway, from all of us here at To Dine For (and Ivy too), Happy Christmas.  

Don't spend too much time in the kitchen, the bar needs your attention as well.  Oh so does the family.  🍷
